Manuals

One of the first things you want to do when you get a truck is to make sure you have a manual.  Remember, they were written so the guy who was a shoe salesman six months ago, can use it to replace the brakes and do a complete tune-up at the motor pool.  For starters, get yourself either a maintenance manual or technical manual (they are very similar).  The Owner’s Guide series of manuals from VOV are also highly recommended and will be invaluable in identifying and locating parts
